I just started 3D printing this year and as I've been doing my research knowing the amount of water in the air surrounding your filament is important. These hygrometers work great. They tell me the humidity in the air and surrounding my filament. I will be purchasing more of these as I continue to expand my filament collection.

We use these to track the temperature for our pet cages. They are very accurate. The small size is convenient. Nice to have piece of mind knowing our pets are comfortable! Seems to have great battery life so far!

Works good but needed to squat down to read it. If I don't squat it reads 88So built a double mirror solution (see images)Now I can walk up to it and read it without squatting

They seem to be pretty accurate compared to the readings that I get from my Acurite and other thermometers/hygrometers. I use these specifically to keep tabs on my 3D printer filament. I took a latching tote (specifically, a Plano sportsman’s trunk), cut out an appropriate-sized hole in the lid, popped the unit in and hot-glued the perimeter. I tossed an Acurite hygrometer in the trunk along with a pound of desiccant pellets and the humidity readings the next day were within a % of each other and the temps were spot on. The only thing to note is that the viewing angle is pretty limited. You need to be looking directly parallel to be able to read it. I initially had one mounted in the side of a tote on a high shelf and couldn’t read the display without backing away to minimize the sight line angle.

This is my second time buying these. I first bought them to put in my AMS on my 3D Printer. Worked Great then figured out I can print out Display items and ordered more not I have these around the house.

The item is fine in terms of doing what it is supposed to do. However once I received it I realized that it is smaller than it seems to be on the Amazon site. But no matter. The thing that is annoying is that it is round so it can't be set on edge, standing. it has to sit flat. There's also no way to mount it to a wall or anything vertical. I suppose I weill get some double stick tape, but I wish it had come with some mounting tape or a stand in which not could be placed so it won't roll away.
