Holds air longer than my previous set of butyl tubes. Lighter than a tubeless setup. The only downside is that they are (supposedly) more susceptible to pinch flats.

I have been cycling for over 45 years (yes I am THAT old). I normally ride on latex inner tubes (Vittoria and lately Silca). Latex inner tubes are comfortable, fast, lightweight and work well with my Fulcrum wheels. None of the mess of tubeless and most of the benefits. In a quest to reduce weight I purchased two of these TPU inner tubes. I do not intend to ride on them because I have read many reports claiming that TPU inner tubes ride harsher than latex and are noisier (my riding mates who use TPU inner tubes confirm this). As you can see from the attached photos, TPU tubes are much lighter than the butyl inner tubes that I previously carried in my saddle bag. The difference in weight is not huge, but in the quest for marginal gains, especially when climbing the local hills, every gram matters. So if you are looking to save weight, these are a very nice alternative. Finally, the tubes were well packaged, the mounting instructions were clear and the included patch kit was a nice touch. I highly recommend these!

These tubes are the worst bike tubes I’ve ever used presta or shader valve, MTB or road. They were incredibly difficult to get on, I got a pinch flat on the first tube. I figured user error, my bad, I’ll try again more carefully. The second tube was just as difficult. Once installed it repeatedly lost pressure via the valve core, the valve core came apart when I tried to inflate the tube again. I installed a new valve core only to find the valve stem isn’t internally or externally threaded so the cores don’t seal well. Additionally, floor pumps won’t grip/lock onto the valve stem to inflate the tube as there are no threads and the stem is rather narrow. The tubes are pink and the valve stems are clear… cool. Don’t buy them. They’re terrible.

Used on gravel bike with Panaracer tires... mild gravel paths. Punctured relatively easily. Patch was easy to apply and worked-- went flat again after short ride. Checked over-- valve issue. Cheap valves that just leak after a short time. Bought expensive Pirelli similar tubes..... 2 months no issues. If they could upgrade the valve.. they'd have a winner.

Was skeptical about tunes tubed but I will say these are good tunes. They are tougher then I thought they would be having seen some rough roads snd going through a tire upgrade already. Hard to say if they are faster but they have not failed so that's a big positive. They are very light and compact and I wouldn't hesitate to carry them as a spare.

My only issue was one tube had a slow leak at first installation.I remove, cleaned and reinstalled the valve core and have had no issues since.I pump my tires before ever ride so can say if they loose air over time.I will say my first ride was noticeably faster. My wheels felt lighter and faster. They don’t ride as nice as latex tubes but so far are less finicky.I have close to 1000miles on them with zero complaints. Will buy more to spares

Ordered the set of 2 tubes. One of them is full of micro holes that you can only detect when under water, but it does not hold air for more than 15-30 minutes.

Completely different from rubber tubes. When you open the box you will find a plastic tube that weighs next to nothing. Plastic valve too. These fold up to a very small size. Installed in Vittoria 700x25 tires on alloy rims with disc brakes. Mounting was easy . Inflated to 80 psi. They ride just fine but long term reliability yet to be determined.

It didn't work in my case. I was looking for and alternative to tubeless that is just as light. After installing the inner tube I was disappointed to realize the next day that the tire was completely flat. I guess the material it's made off being so thin doesn't hold air for too long.

I bought 4 TPU tubes and had to return 3 of them because they leaked. In the end I went for the more expensive Tubolito TPU tubes (yes even one of them was damaged straight out the box!). So I would say it is very hit and miss at the moment.
