I use this to replace the mic holder that was on the boom mic stand I've been using. It is strong and sturdy and holds the microphone tightly. I'm very pleased with it, and the price was great!

They work. I use one to mike my amp with an SM57 and the other holds a CAD C9 condenser over the drums. Both are sturdy and hold both mics well except for the 57 being a little wobbly. The shape of the mic matters as to how well they hold. The CAD is completely symmetrical even though it's considered a pencil condenser because of it's size the clip holds that one better. By the way the holders will house a half inch or better and the CAD is 3/4 inches. The reason I mention this is that I bumped up against the 57 and it fell out of the clip. That's why the 4 stars instead of 5. Just don't be hitting it and it'll be fine. I'd recommend for anyone using different mics that can't find clips.

bought these to have as spares for mic stand they do have an insert for stands smaller i removed mine i didnt need them works great

This microphone clip fits all our mics of different sizes. Now I don't have to worry about what stand I am using.

These are well made and look like they will hold up to wear and tear. Great replacement for all the different size clips that were often either too big or too small for any given microphone we use.
