These are very well made. Both sides line up perfectly, they are flat when put together, no gap anywhere including the poor hole. These are nicely fabricated and well worth the price in my opinion.The only thing I would recommend to the manufacturer is a slight chamfering of the 4 holes in the frame on the inside mating area (see photo). It only takes a few seconds on a drill press, and once done the two half’s fall together without problem! (If you do not have a drill press, file 1/8†tapers around the top of the 4 pins. It really facilitates alignment and helps not bumping the sand out on assembly)

Needed a sand casting mold for bangles and elongated designs, this was perfect. Just add a small “C†clamp to ensure a safety hold and this works great.
