POM material
This quick connector was made of High quality POM(polyoxymethylene).Compared with the PP material, POM has good solvent resistance, oil resistance, weak acid resistance, weak alkali resistance , and also has high hardness and rigidity. Also, POM material is non-toxic. You may use it in many areas.
High quality POM material, SUS302 button，Double Diaphragm check valve，Double EPDM O-ring design. We do our best to control the quality of our products.
Double shot-off check valve
• Both male and female sides was built-in check valves.
• When the male coupling and the female coupling are independent in a piping system, either of them has a shut-off valve function to prevent liquid or gas leakage and flowback.
• When the male coupling and the female coupling are locked together by the snap ring, the pipeline can be formed into a passage in an instant; when the snap ring is released, the male coupling and the female coupling are automatically separated, both ends of the pipe are closed instantly.
3 tubing size in L series
• We offer 3 size connectors to choose. (1/4" 3/8" 5/16")
• 1/4"---fit for 6-7mm hose
• 3/8"---fit for 10-11mm hose
• 5/16"---fit for 8-9mm hose

Thought I had ordered a set and got half, my bad. These are really expensive for these little plastic vales. However, they work and that is what counts. If I needed more, I would buy these again. I have searched the world over and these were as good a buy as I could find, including China.

not sure what the issue is but they keep getting pinched on their way in. maybe too soft? bad specs? McMaster rejects? IDK these are awful to work with.

2nd time using these and the 1st o-ring, got clipped when plugging it in. I was lucky and had one on hand that fit. Wasn't fun getting glycol in the face. It would be nice if these was spare in the bag.

I received one male and one female connector, not TWO MALE's as the listing says. Also, the part I received only has 1 o-ring, not 2 like the photo, and the release is plastic, not metal like in the photo. The only thing that was correct was the size.
