I’ve hung a tennis ball from the ceiling in the garage of every house I’ve ever lived in as a way to mark where I should park without hitting the shelving against the wall. I’ve used a tennis ball, but always hated it. It just looks so… remedial. When I saw these I started laughing. What a perfect alternative to the tennis ball. How did I not find these in the past? I pulled the trigger on them immediately and installed them to moment they arrived. Now everyday when I park I smile when I see these on the garage floor. I haven’t missed those tennis ball one single time since I took them down.

Expect Heavy Duty! These speed bumps are designed to last for years and will do the job in warning cars to slow down. The yellow stripes are unmistakable and the height will get their attention. The strips are made of solid rubber each one has four mounting holes. To secure the bumps to the ground, first decide the preferred mounting location and then mark the position of each hole. Drill on the marks, insert the bolts and tighten them up. There is a collar on each bolt that expands and holds the bolts in the holes. The bolts can be loosened and removed which is handy if the speed bump location needs changed. The bumps are rated for 66,000 pounds so they'll work for any place where the speed of cars or trucks is a problem. If the strips are mounted right next to each other, the width is wide enough for most cars but the option also exists to separate them a foot or two if larger vehicles are expected.Bottom Line: Quality and sturdy speed bumps. I found no issues with construction or installation. Rubber smell but as they're designed for outside, who cares? Good Product!Bottom Line:

First thing to know is they STINK!! No casual inside storage for these!I put them in a spot on the driveway to see if I wanted them there. The next morning they were gone!! Next set I'll not leave in plain sight without anchoring them down.

We added these heavy rubber speed bumps to our farm a few months ago and are currently using them as stopping points for our cars in the carport. When they arrived, they had a very strong chemical rubber smell that filled our entire 1,000 sq. ft. receiving room and gave us all headaches. We quickly moved them outside once we realized where the smell was coming from, and thankfully, it dissipated after about 24 hours. We plan to install them as actual speed bumps once we redo our driveway to slow down delivery drivers who tend to speed through. However, we have noticed that the yellow stripes have faded considerably from the afternoon sun, which concerns us regarding future visibility. Despite these issues, these speed bumps are hefty and seem durable for our intended use.

The school bus yellow and shimmering black are a bold contrast making them visible and effective. They are heavy though.

Make sure you save the box. I took mine out and threw the box away of course like most people would. Then I notice one of these are ripped where the bolt would go in. just my luck

These do work great as parking stop indicators on my driveway for both a normal passenger car and an off road vehicle! They're heavy enough to not move around at slow speed as parking stops, but permanent anchoring with the included concrete fasteners is recommended. The molds for the rubber aren't the cleanest, but for a couple of weeks out in 90â° plus weather, they have held up without warping or being affected by the direct sun and UV exposure. The yellow appears to be painted on and not molded in, but difficult to scratch off, so it should last for years. The only knock on this is the pungent Chinese manufactured rubber smell, akin to what Harbor freight stores used to smell like, with the heavy petroleum scent mixed with rubber. Great as low speed bumps and parking stops!

I'm basically using mine as wheel chocks whenever I reverse into our garage parking. It's very solid and stiff plus it's pretty heavy too. The rubber has a very strong smell out of the box but you can let it air out through time. As for mounting it to the floor, it's pretty easy especially if you have the proper tools to install it. It does come with anchor bolts and nuts so all you have to do is the drilling yourself. Once mounted, its very solid. Overall, this is great for your driveway to slow down vehicles when there are children nearby. This is a great safety device and it's affordable to prevent any road or driveway accidents.
