I needed some cable chain for a large CNC project. While this chain is reasonably well made and I like the fact that it is openable, it lacks a lot of lateral stability and with several wires in it I had to reinforce it with zip ties along its length in order to prevent the chain from twisting apart. If it were used in a single axis constrained setup I'm sure it would be perfectly cromulent.
