Installed this on the dash of my boat. Had to custom make an aluminum mounting bezel as these so not come with any. Loud enough to hear when at the helm with a flashing red light. Not difficult to wire into a 12v system. Red light could be a bit brighter strobe though.

Works well with 12v DC, but 9v dc is not enough to drive it. With 9v it just produces a low, continuous warble. With 12v, it is loud, intermittent beeps (what I expected). I used it to build an alerter to let me know when my furnace locks out.

Bought this buzzer to install on my work van, from time to time I forgot to turn the strobe lights off when the need of them on the roadway are over. Now, I’ll not forget any more after installed this next to the light switch. Sound good enough for my application. Great purchase, can’t go wrong.

I'm using this for a septic tank level alarm. Sound is OK using a NBX-10911 vent for the box, but it does attenuate the sound quite a bit. The light works fine in daylight. If you must have a load sound, the rear of the indicator must be open to the air, it will be too weak in a watertight box.

I have had two burn out on me with less than 1 month of use. Very frustrating. I do not recommend this buzzer.

BonjourJ'ai acheté ces voyants / buzzer pour un système de surchauffe de four. Je trouve le buzzer très efficace idéal pour une alarme, mais trop fort pour moi. Je voulais faire un retour et commander des voyants sans buzzer mais en obturant le buzzer c'est plus acceptable, Au pire je supprimerai le buzzerMeilleures salutations et bonnes fêtesMarc. D&EAS
