These are some good, heavy duty push/pull style toggle clamps. They have smooth action and a good range. Each clamp comes with a M8x1.25 thread nut & bolt that is 30mm long as a clamping end, but you can replace those with longer or shorter bolt to suit your needs.

These are a couple of quality, strong clamps.The action is smooth and tight, and you can apply a lot of pressure with them (I indented and then cracked a pine board by clamping it too tightly).You can adjust the width about 3/4" with the screw.
