The product just arrived. There are no instructions or parts list, however, don't let that bother you. It's pretty foolproof.Two hangers with all pieces were included, as advertised. More specifically, there are two racks, two top hooks with screw tips and two metal collars that keep the hooks from digging into the wood if you overtighten them.The wood has a dark, shiny, attractive finish. The wood color is much darker than it appears in my attached photos, due to the surrounding lighting.The metal pieces are smooth to the touch; free of burrs. The widest part of the hanger is the bottom of the wood at 11". The top side of the wood measures at 10". There is a pre-drilled hole for the top hook at the 5" center mark.Between the product description and reviews, I noticed a fair amount of confusion as to whether or not the top hook rotates. It does rotate, as any screw would! But, the real question to be asked is, "Does it swivel?" It does not! To change the direction of the hook, you simply adjust the direction by turning the hook clockwise or counterclockwise, by 90°. Thankfully, the hook and screw tip remain seated into the wood, snugly. I recommend not overtightening when first installing to allow for future adjustments, if needed over time!Of all the hangers that I viewed to hold my necklaces, I am still satisfied that I selected the correct product. They have a lightweight, yet sturdy feel to them. Should time and usage change my opinion, I'll be sure to update this review!

My bras fall off these constantly. Have to take pliers and turn the hooks up more.

Love these little hangers. I hang bras and tank tops and it keeps everything organized and easily accessible. Love these.
