I do a lot of canning and some even competitively! I was having some trouble in competitions with headspace, and the reality is jars from different lots and years will vary on shoulder and threads so the old method of judging by that for proper headspace doesn't work. There is just too much variety and differences, and this is why this headspace tool is needed. I will most certainly order again to make sure the canning process is correct and hand some out to judges as a thank you for judging.

Aweful magnet missing on one lifter the other came off first use. The debubbler broke second can of green beans
