This is exactly what we needed. Being able to see these glow in the dark and long cords, that look lovely in the bedroom so we can find them in the dark. If I have a bedroom window uncovered during the day or for several hours to get light these glow all night long. (FYI most glow in the dark things need to be exposed to light in order to glow).

Despite exposure to natural and electric lighting, only one glowed for a couple of hours. Disappointed because they look and feel great but I needed to see them in the dark! Returning them.

The ones I bought previously did not glow in the dark, but these did. Either way, they look great and the chains are strong enough.

I left these in the sun for hours to get them to glow. Hung them in 2 closets to make it easier to find the pull chain. Nothing. They look nice & are solid. But the reason I ordered these were for the glow.

I don't think they glow in the dark unless they get alot of sunlight in there position. Kinda antique looking though.
