Hold's weight perfectly. It is still doing its job. I had one bend on me due to it not being closed all the way. I swapped it out with another and closed it properly and it is all working great.

I use these to connect my resistance bands to my handles or ankle straps. I didn't want anything long, that might interfere with my foot or hand, but also needed something that can hold up to the pressure from the resistance bands. These met both requirements! They're the perfect size, and they lock into place, so I don't have to worry about them slipping free during a workout.
