I used these to take loose the 'many' fuel lines on the gas tank on my van so i could change the fuel pump. I normally fight these hose keepers on the fuel lines with screw drivers, pliers, and wire cutters. These pliers made the job so much easier. Had my doubts at first but now that I actually used them, I am a true believer and highly recommend that anyone that works on vehicles get a set of these and toss them in their tool box. They actually work!!!
