Purpose for Product: Figure out all those pesky gaps in life, well, the mechanical ones anyway.Product Inspection: Two-gauge sets reported to be made of stainless steel, one straight blade and the other has an angled end. They are coated with an "anti-rust oil" by the manufacturer to "avoid rust" but are reported to be stainless steel. I'm leaving the oil on for now for lubrication because some of the blades are so tiny I'm afraid they will stick together.Product Performance: These are "feeler" gauges, that is what they do, place them in-between something to figure out how far apart the two things are. I will never have anything that these gauges can't work on. Found no defects.

I got these to set the spark plug gap on my riding mower and generator. The gap I needed is .030. The offset feeler gages provided don't go that high they max out at .020 so they won't help me The straight feeler gauges will work as they reach the .030 setting that I need. I compared these to another type of feeler gauge you can see in the picture and they both matched the .030 setting.

I had doubts about the accuracy of these for the price, but using my calibrated Mitutoyo calipers, I sampled about 15 of these gauges and they all measured perfectly! The vinyl bags aren't that great but are functional. I do like that they make it so I can hang these up on a pegboard. It's great that they each have common metric and Imperial sizes. I don't have to do as many conversions or check the measurements. If you need accurate feeler gauges, I recommend these!
