My 10-year old son used this for football and though he liked it, it did not last too long. Now he does like to really bite down and chew on it, so I'm sure it would last much longer if your kid doesn't do that. However, it just seems a bit cheap compared to others I've bought. The battle ones seem better. He did say he liked the color and the material- it didn't hurt his mouth. Good product overall.

I ordered this item to use as a part of a Halloween costume. It worked well, but I'm not sure how it works for its actual purpose as sports equipment. The price can't be beat, so I think the item is worth the purchase price, even if you don't get much use out of it.

For a child’s mouth guard this is way to bulky, kids aged 5-12 and this fit none of them. It sticks out way past their lips, this is not like the other shock doctor mouthguards, not worth trying to save some money because they are useless and I can’t even return the second package I bought and didn’t open.

There is nothing special about the mouth guard. It fits my son's mouth fine. He is 9yo. He wears it all the time, even around the house. I'm not sure why lol. It's orange and we ordered these before knowing what color his flag football team's shirts would be, and they are orange so that was perfect.
