I was very pleased with this set. I had two plate clocks that no longer worked. This set offers several selections of hands and the directions made it very easy to replace the unit and hands of the plate clocks I loved, but was about ready to just get rid of. If you prefer building your own clock, this will definitely be the best value for your battery/hands unit. The clocks I fixed did not have second hands, this includes that...nice.

We have a clock that is special to us. We couldn’t bare to just buy a new clock to replace it.The ease of installing these hands were wonderful.Loved the different sizes and colors this package came with.

I couldn't get the mechanism to work on my clock. All the hands were very long and also they kept slipping off of me mechanism and I was not able to get it to work at all. I should have returned but I did not.

By using the high torque clock works, and the long shafts they worked beautify.
