If the size was a little bit wider and longer you could space the holes out for better fitment and more poppers in a batch

The reamer tool cleaned out the stem/spines of the peppers easily. Holder made for easy stuffing even though these peppers were huge. Baked peppers upright so less spilling of ckntents. Great kitchen gadget!

I got this jalapeno popper rack because I LOVE making jalapeno poppers and wanted to try a different way of prepping them and cooking them. Typically I slice them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and then fill them with cream cheese and wrap them in bacon. While this method works well enough, I wanted an easy way I could make whole jalapeno poppers vs half jalapeno poppers. The coring knife that comes with this set is actually really cool and allows you to pretty easily scoop the seeds out of a whole pepper. It took me a few tries to get the right technique, but after that it was so efficient. It's a little bit tricky to get the seeds out of the very tip of the pepper, but a good rinse will usually get most of the remaining seeds out.The peppers do have to be pretty sizeable to fit in the holes of the cooking rack. Also, if you let them cook for even a little bit too long and they start to shrivel a bit, they will fall through and land in the bottom of your oven or BBQ. I set my rack on a cookie sheet just in case any fall out, tip over, or if any filling bubbles up and spills. One downside is that I can't wrap them in bacon when I use this rack, but it forces me to try new combinations of fillings instead.Overall it's a nice little addition to my kitchen cookware and just gives me another option for how to cook my beloved jalapeno poppers!

Fun support for jalapeno peppers, I was worried that it could be too large/long for my smaller BBQ but the contracted length fits nicely.
