First and foremost, they came poorly assembled as the traffic lights were either not glued or insufficiently glued to the pole. Typical of this type of product no documents come with instructions or voltage requirements etc. Resistors were included; however, I like to test without the resistors to determine relative voltage as I can control all my accessories with a constant low voltabe. For the most part these accessories run around 3 volts. Well, that burned out light #1. I found they worked as low as 1 volt and dared not go past 1.5 volts. The resistor of course will keep the voltage where it should be. The lights were adequately bright. The overall quality is just fair. I have others that run circles around these. Please see photo of HO engine with the light and believe they are a scale match.

I ordered the "2Pcs Traffic Light Model Set with LED Pedestrian Signals Street Crossing Walk Simulation, Educational Traffic Management Toy."It looks like it will work with an HO train layout.Having said that, the traffic lights are packaged in a plastic bag with no bubble wrap or cardboard to protect them. And of course they came in a giant box with heavy cans that smashed the lights right off the posts.A little glue was able to mostly fix them, and I used a little bit of filler to fix the areas where the posts were missing little pieces.Surprisingly, the wires weren't harmed and everything lit up the way it was supposed to after I put it back together.I believe the lack of proper packaging was due to the seller and not the shipper, so I removed one star for that reason. I didn't remove more because the product wasn't bad and even when broken, I was able to make it work properly.
