In times of excessive heat and windy conditions, especially with hanging baskets, this additional moisture is necessary to keep plants from drying out. Although coconut fiber liners hold and absorb water well, they are still porous and apt to dry out more quickly. Therefore, you should always check plants frequently to stay on top of their watering needs.

Good product but between elements watering and birds stealing the fibre yearly purchase for me is necessary

These liners fit my iron basket type window boxes perfectly. The water WILL drain through the bottom so if you want to prevent that, just line the bottom and halfway up the sides with plastic and punch some drain holes in the plastic so that your roots don’t get soggy. You can control the amount of water draining through by the number of holes you punch—you could even do the holes in the plastic sheeting with a pin —but make a bunch of them—enough to have the amount of draining you like—or don’t put plastic at all (i didn’t).

Debated between a three and a four star rating. Some parts were very thin and when I unfolded them they are so sticky they started to pull apart in places making even more thin places. When I need replacements I'll look at different ones

The liners only last a single season, so I like to have extras on hand. They fit perfectly. I discard them in my garden so that the birds can use the fibers for nest-building.

I purchased these to replace old, worn out window box liners and I love them! They come folded, but simply put them in a bucket of water for a couple of minutes and they easily mold into window boxes. Thicker than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. Good purchase for me!

I didn’t open the packages at first because I hadn’t purchased my flowers at the time. What a disappointment! It’s so thin you can see daylight and there is white spots all over it. Not sure if it’s mold but it’s something I’ve never had before.

Bought these 2 window box liners made from the cocoa husk, love them, they look great in the metal window boxes, they fit perfectly and will probably ladt for a few years at best. The only thing I wasn't impressed with is that they went from $25 down to $19.95 right after I got them.

This product worked well for us and fit the hanging planters we have. Better price than at the garden centers!

Like - they are the right size for my 4’ plantersNot like - the quality is not the best as the process of pressing causes distortions or areas where the material has a hole

This did fit my window box, however, I wish the sides were higher to give more depth.
