Old hoses were stiff, sun rotted, and leaking at the connectors. 10 minute install. They provide everything you need. I like the gauges that monitor the propane level in the tank. I like the "Auto Change Over" switch. No getting out in the cold to flip the switch to draw from the full tank.

The regulator and hoses appear to be made of good materials, and the price was a good selling point. However, one of the two 18" pigtail LP hoses arrived with a leak where the braided hose enters the crimped end cap. The product listing shows there is a warranty but the only way I found to contact the seller was through leaving a product review. Alloxity Customer Service replied right away to my review and promptly resolved the issue by shipping a replacement part for the damaged one. The product is functioning properly and is a big improvement over the original regulator and hoses.

Regulator was easy to install and use. Had about a month and so pleased. It switched propane to other tank when other tank ran out.

Not suitable for sub zero temps, some parts of the hose assemblies are plastic and will break off if under pressure such as removing and installing a tank cover. The seller offered a full refund, unfortunately there is no way to differentiate between the product and the seller when reviewing. 5 stars for the seller.

Immediately out of the box it leaks from the gauge on the pigtails. They put some paste that definitely did not work to seal the threads, so I had to go and use the teflon tape they gave and re-tighten both gauges. Our old dual phase regulator was a frankenstein, so, overall, I'm glad this one had very fixable leaks. Maybe in 1 year i'll bring an update since others say it leaks from the center apart from the the pigtails.
