This model comes assembled and well-packed, so no issues there. It seems like it handles the basics of what it's supposed to do just fine. I have a couple of frustrating issues and minor gripes, however. They may just apply to how I'm using it, though, so keep that in mind.1. The caster wheels are *too* mobile for my situation: hardwood floors. Other hard surfaces may also be an issue. This unit has 5 wheels (one for the bottom drawer to help with tipping concerns). Only the front two wheels have a locking mechanism, but it doesn't really matter. The composition of the wheels is some kind of plastic that slides easily on the floor. By itself, maybe not a big deal, and maybe not an issue with a different surface for other people! But when coupled with #2...2. The "detent" for the drawers to keep them closed is STRONG. You really cannot just give a bit of force to completely close the drawer. I will come back and edit the review if this proves to be just a "breaking-in" phase. What this means is, I have to put one hand behind the cabinet and close any of the drawers with the other since I can't keep the cabinet from sliding along the floor. One factor of buying this unit was it was short enough to fit under a desk, so this isn't a very convenient action to take.

Vine Customer Review of Free ProductI ordered the small white filing cabinet with a lock. The top two drawers are small and great for stationary items. The bottom is a small letter-sized filing cabinet drawer. I knew what the size was before ordering and the big plus was it is on wheels. The wheels roll smoothly and the size is perfect for my home office. I ordered this to keep my warranties for items I buy. I scan all paper warranties into the cloud and back them up on a pen drive. The pen drives and any parts for items will go into the two top drawers and any manuals that are best kept whole will be filed in the bottom drawer in file folders. When it is locked the bottom drawer on the opposite side of the lock will still pull out a bit but not a deal breaker. The bottom of the bottom drawer is the bottom of the cabinet. The file cabinet arrived in one piece and was well secured with PVC foam, the keys are on a rubber band around one bottom wheel. I have two four-drawer vertical file cabinets from a top-name brand and when you compare the metal I find this little guy is made from a much thinner metal but it also makes it lighter and easier to move around. It is sturdy and does not tip over unless you were to put a lot of force on it. The corners are pointed and could be made a little softer but thinner metal usually means points are more pronounced. I have put corner protectors on them so when I bump into the cabinet I bounce back. LOL!! The keys are also interesting in that they are encased in plastic and I like the way the keys are made. Overall I am happy with my new friend. I would order this little filing cabinet again.

It's already assembled. Easy to lock all the drawers. The keys are a little flimsy so be careful when using, but other than that it's perfect!

I picked this up for my wife to use in her office...this comes packaged extremely well and surrounded by foam on all sides in the box. After unpacking it was fully assembled and in perfect condition. It comes with two "folding" keys, all of the drawers open smoothly and it also rolls very well. I'd certainly consider ordering additional items from this brand.

Overall this feels like a well made filing cabinet. Nothing is loose and best of all I didn't have to assemble it, it arrived completely assembled. BUT, the wheel on the drawer is almost 11mm off the floor. So with the bottom drawer fully loaded the cabinet tips forward when you open it. This also puts a lot of stress on the drawer slides. And anything you have sitting on top can slide off. the wheel should always contact the floor to keep it from tipping. Also whatever mechanism is in this that prevents you from opening more than one drawer at a time likes to hang up on you, so occasionally I have to tap the front to get the drawer to open.Other than those 2 issues I really haven't had any problems and it is working fine, and the finicky latches or whatever could just be isolated to the one I received.
