I'm in shape. Round is a shape. I don't want to be a square.Okay now that I got the sillies out. My friend gave me her weighted hoop as she had to have back surgery. Trouble is I'm bigger than she is. I looked for extensions and I matched the pattern on the inside of the feet with that on the device I was given. These work. Not all hoops are created the same. The good thing is, my hoop is pink, the extensions are red. I can measure my improvement by the number or red blocks left.NOTE: These did not work when I put them on the end. I had to take the hoop apart in the middle and add them there. Otherwise, it did not latch correctly.
