Our mattress topper is vacuum packed when shipped. There will be a bit of lumpiness when the first use, gently pat it to evenly distribute the filling for an optimal sleeping surface, and leave it for 24-48 hours; it will fluff up and return to its normal thickness.

I have been on a mattress journey for a bit now and this topper has finally finished it, I think. I like support but also like a bed I can squish into. My mattress was fine but I knew it could be better so I tried a firm foam topper. That was good in the support department but I wanted a little more squish, a little more coziness. Turns out, this topper on top of a firm foam topper on top of my mattress is perfect! Sure, my bed is a little high now and sometimes I feel like the princess from the princess and the pea but it's so comfortable! This topper hugs you and makes the bed feel so luxurious and sumptuous.And mattress height isn't a problem for this topper. I was worried about everything staying in place but the straps are a good length to hold this in place. It fits around the mattress plus 4" foam layer and my bed sandwich hasn't moved since I put this on a couple weeks ago. I suspect the little grippies on the underside of this topper help as well.My only complaints are that it is a little bumpy--not the shredded foam but the larger compartments they are sewed into. You can see the outlines of the squares, especially when the topper has been fluffed, through the comforter on top. I also worry that it'll be too warm in summer. It really does hug around you and I fear that will trap heat and make it too hot. I will update if that's the case but as it is now, I can definitely recommend this topper for a very cozy and comfortable winter bed.

This topper is really nice and comfortable I love the comfort of it very easy to place on your mattress for a secure feel so that it doesn’t slide
