Used with air hammer to remove tile and thin set. Made the job flow faster. Great tool to have.

I liked the speed at which the tool worked. It also had a precision cutting ability.I wish I would’ve used this a lot sooner. It made the job go by much faster and easier. My advice is to start with this tool in the beginning of your demolition project.

I bought this to chip up 9"x9" glued-down fake wood laminate tile in my living room. This chisel works great IF you've got a good air compressor that can put out some air. I've got a California Air Tools 8010A 8 gallon 1hp compressor. The chisel worked great, but only when the air compressor was at sufficient PSI. Definitely not the tool's fault. The only thing I don't like about this tool is the angle. I wish the angle was more swooped downwards so you could really get under the tiles. The blade on this tool is double sided. I think if one side was left flat and the angle was more aggressive that you could get under the tiles better. I think that this is a great universal chisel though (not specifically for tile), but like I said earlier - it did GREAT when my air compressor had sufficient pressure (80% of more). I think as long as your compressor is more than 8gals/1hp you'll be totally fine with this chisel.

It works great, even rusty. This is more for your information if you get it wet it will rust in one day, then you'll have to sand it down to put it back in your air hammer.
