The lining is too short to keep the crinoline from being scratchy on the girls legs. It doesn't have a lining on top to help the dress fabric drape over it.

The measurements for this product were wildly inaccurate. The materials are horrendous. The hook portion of the velcro is placed where it runs against the skin. The lace is not as pictured and was very cheap looking. I imagine the total cost to make this is approximately $2.00 and that is an overestimation I'm sure. Returning.
