1.Q: Why there are two different screws?
A: We are equipped with two different screws for solid wall(Brick wall and cement wall) and hollow wall (Cement fiber board, wood board and other hollow substrates,etc) , which can install the lamps you want on all kinds of walls.
2.Q: Can the swag hook be adjusted for tightness?
A: The tightness of swag hook is not adjustable. For smaller diameter wires, you can use Insulation tape to wrap them where the hook hold them. Make them fit better on ceiling hooks.
3. Q: Are these used on vertical walls? Or is it just for the ceiling?
A: It can be used either on the ceiling or on a vertical wall.
4. Q: Can these be used for flat power cords?
A: It's the diameter (or width) of the wire that matters, not the shape. Appropriate for cable diameter :<6 mm /0.23 in.

Got this cool pendant lamp and wanted it to look better than hanging on hooks. Went on a limb and got these and they worked super well. Look great with the finish and make it look more expensive.

These are a little larger and heavier than previous ones I've purchased from other vendors. They function very well with the smaller diameter cloth-covered cable I'm using. I'm just a little disappointed in the paint condition. There's lots of chip-outs exposing the base aluminum.If you're installing these on a wall or ceiling, the paint defects will probably be unnoticeable. But I'm using these on a wooden lamp stand. So when seen up-close, the paint chip-outs are quite visible.

I thought putting pendent lights up would be a huge pain but these made it so easy! Fit the cord to my lights perfectly, very secure, and easy to adjust height if the lamp if needed. Great value for the money.

When it comes to pendant lights the US market really lags behind. Every ceiling escutcheon seems to be loaded with "ornamental" relief designs and every ceiling support hook is a gaudy oversized brass monstrosity. These hooks are small, simple, elegant, well made and inexpensive. After searching for hours and almost settling on some $70 ultra modern stainless steel hooks I found these. $12 for a 3-pack!They are made of cast painted metal. They are small - the hole is made for a 1/4" (6mm) diameter cord - so they are perfect for European style pendant lights not big chandeliers with massive reinforced cords.

This is a great piece of hardware. I was surprised by how small it is given that the product images make it look huge. I bought it anyway because it seemed like the right piece for the job and I was right (and pleasantly surprised by its discrete size).

It worked perfectly and held the weight of my light even though it was not screwed into a 2 X 4. The butterly clips held. It looks very nice on the ceiling. Product arrived as indicated. I would recommend.
