These were the right item for me because they have a hole at the bottom for a light to come through. Thus will make it easier to install the lenses.

The are not flat on the bottom and tip over when you try to place your lens on top to put in solution. I threw them away and will never buy from that company again.

These applicators are small, but super effective at getting contacts in. They come in a nice clear case that make traveling with them a breeze, and using them with hard contacts is quick and painless. each contact stays on the applicator easy and the bright yellow color makes it easy to see where the contact is going. I feel with these applicators, the harder the contacts, the better of a time you will have. Otherwise they come as advertised and do the trick. I'd recommend them.

As someone who wears contacts occasionally, I found the process of installing them challenging. That's why I was eager to try the Vented Scleral Lens Inserter from Samorillo for my soft contacts. I was having a really hard time handling my soft contacts, and I can honestly say this inserter is a game changer. I've never put on my contacts faster or more easily. Now, if only there were an equally impressive tool for removing them!

I have one precision operation in a dusty, dirty process where I need to remove my glasses and insert one hard astigmatic contact lens for an extreme close evaluation. Normally I have to stop everything and wash hands carefully, and was looking for something that would allow me to insert the lens without touching it with my fingers. This was actually successful in grabbing the lens from the case, allowing insertion, and releasing it without issues.I did not test removal - just me, I would prefer to remove the lens with clean fingers.Not sure if the price for this item is competitive with alternatives, so you may wish to compare...it seems to be a fairly generic device.
