One set of 3 is enough for one plastic cup of moss with some leftover (to glue to rocks or driftwood or coconut husks). I thought from the ad that I would just stuff the moss inside the dome. Nope. There’s an outer dome with holes and an inner dome filled with little pellets (bio media or to weigh it down?). On the underneath side, use the 4 little legs to unscrew the outer dome cover. You don’t need to unscrew the flat circular thingy that looks like a battery cover on a watch. Instead of stuffing the outer dome cover full of moss, you actually just line the inside of it with a thin layer of moss, then replace the inner dome filled with pellets. Screw it back down by rotating the 4 little legs. Quite ingenious; I can’t wait for it to grow.
