These work perfectly with my M4P. I was worried that these were going to be a waste of money, but thankfully they worked form, fit, & functionally the same with my DJI M4P.

I purchased these as back up joysticks for my Dji controller. They fit and work great, they also fit in the storage compartment on the controller.

Not a lot you can say about control sticks but they fit and look and feel like factory sticks. The one on the right is the DJI factory stick.
