this is a good binder. it works well. I use it for work so it gets thrown about a bit so it gets dirty and scratched. It doesn't seem to clean up great but I can't complain

This has the ability to hold a massive amount of important paperwork. My family member had one of these in her care when it caught fire and this made it out alive. This is what made me get one for my important documents!

I was just elected Secretary of our Lake Association and was in need of another ring binder. I saw this one and liked the idea of the zipper enclosure. It's very nicely made and the zipper works great. I should be able to hold everything for the Association (most of our info is digital, anyway) for at least a year and maybe three in this ring binder!This will be (and has already been) very handy to use. I give it 5 Stars. I would buy another one, if I need to

Although this is a nice, sturdy binder, I have my doubts as to whether it is actually fireproof. It seems to be made of materials that could burn in a fire which would leave the contents vulnerable.Having said that, I will certainly use this to keep myself organized. However, I won't be putting really important papers in it unless I also keep it in my safe.Overall, this is a nice sturdy zippered binder.

It fits my documents perfectly and I'm glad to have a safe place for them. I can't attest to the fireproof-ness but it is water proof!
