First off, inspect the mold for functionality, as the popsicle slot may need to be punctured. DO NOT use a knife, i just used the popsicle stick to poke it through. A little tough, but safer than cutting the mold by accident.Now the fun part. Mix plain yogurt with good peanut butter. 50-50 mix, blend well. Place in mold, use another popsicle stick to scrape the top flat, satisfaction in a job well done pays off. Freeze, be patient. Melt your favorite chocolate in the empty yogurt container, remove the popsicles from the mold ( they pop right out easily), dip in the chocolate, place on wax paper. The chocolate sets up quickly because the pops are cold. Cover and place back in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy. By the way, the covers are handy , fit well, and the whole mess is easy to clean with hot water.The popsicle sticks they come with are a bonus, but i feel i will need way more in the future.

I wanted to make my own 'keto' ice-cream bars and out of all of the brands I looked at here on Amazon, these one's, based on the description, seemed to have slightly larger cavities than the other ones.I had no issues using these.Make sure to slip a wooden ice-cream stick (each order comes with 50 sticks) into each cavity first.I made a soft serve ice cream using my ice-cream machine and from there I spooned the soft serve into each cavity. (approx. 54 grams of ice-cream went into each mold)They froze up very quickly and held up perfectly. I layered all 3 molds on top of each other, separated by the silicone cover provided. I placed a small cookie sheet underneath just for added support as I was initially unsure how they would hold up. The frozen bars were very easy to remove from the molds.I'm excited to use these for all kinds of ice-cream bar recipes, as well as cakecicles and other goodies.

I bought these because I needed them fast but I should have waited and looked for a better product. These are very flimsy therefore make it difficult to get uniform cakecicles.

Floppy/flimsy, hard to get uniform shapes. I use the method of pushing my cake pop dough in the mold, then dipping my pops in chocolate. These molds squish out and don’t hold their shape while being filled. I wish the back of the mold was a solid silicone type, the backs of these are hollow which is what causes the misshaping

Used these today . . Very simple using a YouTube video for instructions. One tip is to use scissors and cut the rubber piece that you slide the stick into. Makes for easy removal. Would definitely buy again.

These are great. I’m not sure if there was already supposed to be a hole for the popsicle stick, but I just pushed them extra hard to poke through. They work well to make my healthy popsicles
