This extension cord appears to be more than just built well but also has safety feature of built in hand grabs to protect your hand or fingers from coming into contact with the exposed prongs when plugging or unplugging it. The composition does seem to be flexible, and I believe will remain so in cooler temperatures. I have used other cords with the RV over the years but some of them are stiff and don't uncoil to lay flat while in use, I am confident this one will.
