Hexagonal Adapter
Sometimes you can just clean it by hand, and if you need to use a drill, you can connect an adapter that connects the nylon rod to the drill.

Depending on the length of your pipe, you can do this by attaching nylon rods, locking by thread, and increasing the length so that deeper areas can be cleared, up to 30 feet of connection.

We got this for our pellet stove chimney and it works great. The handle is plastic pieces that screw together so you can adjust the length and the plastic is thick but flexible enough to make corners. The 90° corner in our chimney it does have a very very difficult time doing however. Otherwise it works great

I very efficiently and effectively cleaned out 25 feet of dryer vent having 2 short right angle sections. Probably 30 years of packed lint. THE ONLY SOLUTION. CAN'T RECOMMEND IT ENOUGH. THANKS

Our dryer wasn’t working as effectively as it could, and started throwing warning codes that there was some kind of obstruction. While we initially thought our super fancy dryer had broken, the code indicated a blockage in our dryer vent line and we needed to clear it out.This kit has (almost) everything you need - power drill not included. The sections are a very strong material, and flexible enough to make around bends in a dryer vent. The whole kit is 32’ long, with 23 16’ screw-together sections. The two different brushes screw into the end section, and every piece is interchangeable so you can use as many or few as you need. There is even a screw-in hex base that clamps into a power drill so the brush can power through the vent. The sections are strong and flexible, and with the drill your lint won’t stand a chance.The smaller brush is good for cleaning corners, and inside the dryer itself. Cleaning any stray lint out of the corners improves dryer efficiency and reduces fire risk. The included gloves are a good safety idea because dryer vent panels and the panels around the dryer can have sharp edges.This kit is an excellent way to reduce fire risk, increase dryer efficiency, and have fun with your power drill.

Many years ago (back when I still lived with my parents), I was moving something in the garage and accidentally tore a slit in the dryer duct. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise when I discovered their dryer vent duct was completely clogged with six feet of solid lint. Not only was it affecting the performance of the dryer, it was also a HUGE fire hazard. Ever since, I’ve been a little obsessed with keeping vents clean, so I picked up this vent cleaning brush kit to see how well it worked.My own dryer vent is only about two feet long and didn’t even need cleaning, but this kit turned out to be perfect for another job... cleaning my air conditioning ducts. By attaching the brush to a drill and using my shop vac to catch the debris, I was able to clear out a surprising amount of dust and gunk. The flexible rods make it easy to navigate through ducts, and the bristles are sturdy enough to get the job done without damaging anything if you're careful and go slow.This is a versatile tool that’s great to have around for keeping vents and ducts clean (especially if you’ve got longer dryer vents than I do). It’s easy to use and works with tools you probably already have. Highly recommended!

The AOGYikang 30' dryer vent cleaning brush kit is a good tool at a good price point, but the but manufacturing quality control needs to be greatly improved.I really liked the 16" length extension rods. If you ever needed to use all 23 pieces to clean out a dryer vent run the maximum length with brush and hex shaft adapter would be a total 31'.The extension rods are made from a very flexible nylon that make it possible for the cleaning brush to easily feed through a 90' degree vent pipe elbow.The only real issue with this product is level of the manufacturing and quality control. On the product that we received, the threads on the hex shaft adapter were bare cut. This makes that part useless. I deducted 2 Stars from my product review for this reason.Luckily all of the extension rods male and female threaded ends were properly threaded.I highly recommend that people purchase this type of tool and clean out your dryer vent at least twice (2X) a year.
