Gears do not work, so the used tape hangs out and does not refeed back into the container. White-out is shiny and not matte. I tried 2 in the package to see if only one was defective, but the same problem.

I like that it is correctly shaped to hold in your hand, it's durable and it has a cap to cover the end and it is just perfect for all my needs at my desk, it covers perfectly and flawlessly , it's great value for the price.

Cheaper than bic whiteout. Doesn’t work as well because it doesn’t stick to the paper super well, so writing on top of it will leave a jumbled mess. Can be avoided by pressing down the area where you put whiteout so that is sticks to the paper a little better.

The tape doesn't stick, and the dispenser does not spin correctly, leaving you to manually rewind the roll after you attempt to use it.
