Bought Hisseu camera system for an upgrade to current security system. I liked the PTZ POE camera system compared to the basic stationary video I had. Install was easy., plug and play! System comes with CAT 3 cables(would prefer CAT5). 3 wires are 60ft/3 are 100 ft which was nice. Clarity is much better than what I had. I like the humanoid detection that follows anyone that comes into view. I have mine setup to where one camera will pickup where another left off. Night vision is very clear. I would recommend this system for the price point under $400. System also has two way audio that is very clear. I like the instant playback feature which shows the last 5 minutes on any camera. My wife has the app downloaded so she can monitor while not at home. App has no monthly fees which is a bonus. It gives my wife a piece of mind while I'm at work.

I needed a home security system and I saw this hiseeu system on Amazon. It was an upgrade from what I had before. The setup was easy but I had some problems with the remote view on my phone. After a couple of phone calls to customer service I was able to fix the issue. I really like the auto human tracking and the 2 way audio features. I'm able to talk and see my family when I'm not home. Overall it is a wonderful camera system, the price was great the picture and videos quality are good and great customer service. The functionality of the camera system is great as well. Also the night vision, lag, and battery life works well too.I would recommend this camera system.

We absolutely love this product! The whole system is very easy to install with its 'plug-n-play' capability. The convenient in-home and mobile monitoring features make it quick and easy see what is going on around our property whether we are in the house or away from home. What we appreciate the most is the outstanding customer service provided by the Hiseeu customer service team. We are not the most technically savvy folks and the Hiseeu pros always provide the right information, with references to the user manual and great ‘how to’ videos, to resolve any challenge we have had. They’ve also been quick to replace a part that was not functioning correctly. This is a top-notch product with superb customer service to back it up. I highly recommend this product for your home security needs.

I ordered this system to replace an older BNC type camera system, and so far I have been pleased with it. Easy install, with flexibility to mount the cameras horizontally or vertically. System is pretty much plug and play, and within an hour I had all the settings where I wanted them. You can draw an area for each camera that allows push alerts and/or emails to be sent to you when motion is detected. I also like the two way audio feature as well as the ability to adjust the cameras right from the app, which is something I could not do with my older system. I had a tech support question prior to install, and received a response within a few hours.

Writing this review as I'm setting it up, the video seams good, the 2way is off. I can hear just fine but when I go to talk to someone thru the camera I sounds like Darth Vader to them. I'm not sure if there is some setting but I did play the the audio in from my phone but it's not quite there. I have one camera that doesn't want to stay connected. I need to get it replaced.Update 11.14.2024I have two cameras that go offline often. I have to reset the system to get them working again for a couple days and then they go offline again. I tried calling support and they would not help. I paid a good chunk of change for these to not have them all working all the time.

I have set up a cctv in our manufacturing plant but with a branded cctv. I wanted to setup another one in our house but I don’t want to spend so much money with the same brand we’re using in our plant. So I checked on amazon and found this product..At first, I was hesitant but maybe worth of try since it have a good reviews.When I received the product I tested it right away. And I was surprised that this product has the same powerful features as we have on our plant cctv. There three ways you can view the cameras. First is the monitor connected to the NVR, second is through webpage so you can view it to your laptop or pc. Just make sure to have the same subnet with your NVR NIC. Then the last one is through CP App that you can view your cameras online wherever you are.The only thing I was concerned was the sound coming from the hard drive like I have read in some of the reviews. Hopefully they could fixed it. It is working but cannot guarantee it will last.

I install tons of cameras 2k picture, panoramic controls, smart apps that connect to tablets, smartphones/watches but these are definitely some of the best I've seen. They are 5MP quality cameras with the motion detection following feature allows for hands free panoramic recording. Connects via Ethernet cat-6 cables to a NVR just hardwire to your wifi router, connect the HDMI cord your TV, put app on your phone and you got a great quality home surveillance system. Running the wires through attic, that's the fun part😂😂😂

I ordered this security camera system late Friday afternoon and the Package was delivered the next day evening. I was surprised how quickly it arrived!First thing I noticed was the quality of these cameras. They are very well made.The instruction manual is detailed and easy to follow. The system is basically plug and play.The camera image quality is really great. Comparable to more expensive systems. Both in day light and at night. These cameras have colored night vision! Other brands only offer black and white. It makes a huge difference being able to capture night footages in color. That’s something I really like about this system.This system comes with a pre-installed 3TB hard drive. Which mean no expensive monthly cloud subscription fees! That’s one of the main reasons I picked this system. This DVR is able to expand the storage space by adding more hard drive if I ever need to.You can hook this system up to a monitor via supplied HDMI cable or via VGA cable without the need for internet connection. I also like the fact that you can install an app to your phone or other devices to control or view the cameras after you plug the system to a modem using internet.The app is really great and user friendly. It has many features one would need to customize the surveillance area or control (pan, tilt or zoom) the camera. This way you can have fewer cameras and able to cover larger area.Overall I am really glad I bought this camera system. It has really good quality, function and best of all a really good price!I will buy extra cameras to expand my system and buy another system for my mother's house.
