A sweet cart. Strong, sturdy, and simple. The only issue is the strange fit of the bottom panel into the rear panel. I've got about 100lbs upon it. Piano keyboard in body bag, piano stand, also a box which fits atop piano stand. In the box are cloths, solar panel, battery bank, pliers, hex keys, and other tools. Also atop cart is sleeping mat, vinyl rolled-sheet, tarp, other stuff. Cart strong. Cart good. Me like cart.

The only thing my husband didn't like was the straps, they kept slipping. Cart performed well in the woods over rough terrain with 8 pt buck on cart.

I’ve been an avid Whitetail hunter for the past 12 years. I probably hunt at least 20 days of every season an average about four deer per year. I’ve always hunted in hilly country and I’ve used about every method out there to drag deer out of the woods. They all had the same thing in common, it was all physically brutal work. I saw guys on hunting shows with deer carts like this one and I always thought man that would be nice but they must be expensive . I finally got on Amazon and found this one and I couldn’t believe it was right at $100. I read the other reviews that complained about the hardware falling out and went to my hardware store and bought stainless steel bolts and nylocks and rubber washers for the axles the day I got it and put that in there instead of the D loops that come with it. The only downside of this hardware upgrade is that the cart does not fold but that’s not really a big issue for me. As you can see in the second picture, I have a rifle mount on the back of a four wheeler and the cart mounted perfectly in that. I also have a big truck and usually have a trailer so getting it around is not an issue , I really put this thing to the test this weekend. I shot a buck that was down what most people would call a mountain. It is extremely steep country and from the trail to where the deer was laying was almost 1000 foot drop of elevation it would’ve been an absolute nightmare to get this thing out on a sled or by hand , instead, I loaded this deer on the deer cart, which surprisingly was much easier than I ever thought it would be. I used two crank straps to strap the deer down, and then I was able to navigate this cart over downed trees and fallen logs, through a creek And up a very steep hillside, All solo by hand. we estimate that this Deerfield dressed, weighed 160 pounds. finally I was able to get it to a four wheeler that had a trailer hitch on it. We laid the cart over the hitch and I attached it using tie wire. Think thick aluminum wire used in powerline work but any kind of wire or crank strap probably would’ve worked just as well. I was then able to pull the deer cart like a trailer behind the 4 wheeler up the steepest part of the mountain and it worked perfectly, and the deer cart held up amazingly well. and that was the moment I decided that, even though I hardly ever write reviews, I was going to write this one. This cart is worth it’s weight in gold. Total game changer. Upgrade the hardware and you’ll be glad you made this purchase.

It was easy to assemble, and maneuverability is great. The spring pics tend to be the weak link. They pop out at inopportune times. I’m going to replace mine with bolts and nylocs. I’ve used it to haul stuff into the woods as well as out.

I like that it was smaller to fold up and store in my truck or SUV. I did modify it to hold my medium sized Jet Sled and made a folding extension handle so I could push it more level. Next duck season I probably will get the bigger 20 inch tires for it.

It was fairly easy to put together and the frame/cart is sturdy. The wheels and axel seem good. However the 4 pins they give you to hold the stabilizer bars onto the frame are NOT going to hold anything! I was trying to load a 100 pound doe onto the cart and all 4 pins alternately were coming loose before I could even get it loaded. Tried reversing them , bending them tighter, even compressing the frame together with the straps, but they still popped off. I finally wrapped the straps around each corner (lashing it together) and got to where I could move it but still one popped off and flew far enough I never found it. Plus , the straps are not going to stay tight. You may as well tie them off. Once I had it strapped together tight enough to move, it worked OK. Could probably use an extra handle up top for leverage. When I got to truck I was able to put lower end on tailgatie and just hoister her up an roll it in, that was nice. Overal I think if I get some ratchet straps and use my own nuts and bolts to hold it together it will be good.
