Must have in your car! These help with accessories that need 110volt. My Yukon has a build in 110 volt plug, but it would not power the nebulizer my wife needed due to asthma flare ups . This power plug worked when the Yukon plug would not. Very glad to have bought these and they work fast to charge iphones and androids too.
