I like that it's nice and large, exactly as described. I really like the covers, replacement rings and plumbing tape all included. Good thinkingI immediately took it to a spicket that always leaks no matter which hose is attached and it didn't disappoint. It doesn't leak and that's very important when RVing.i typically don't buy items where the only reviews are from Vine customers. Hope it holds up!

I am an avid gardener, lawn care enthusiast and DIYer for over 50 years. I have experience evaluating and using many different splitters over the years.NOTE: Smoother and larger internal diameter (ID) channels deliver greater gallons per minute (GPM) which allow watering and cleaning tasks to be completed quicker. Water nozzles are more powerful with greater GPM.PROS:1. The seller indicates the construction is 304 stainless steel. Stainless is preferred over brass or plated steel due to its anti-corrosion and strength properties. I cannot confirm the body is stainless as it is more magnetic than I would expect. Most stainless has a shiny finish and this appears to have the finish of steel. The threaded areas of the splitter are only slightly magnetic and have a shiny finish which I expect of stainless.2. Handlesâ–ª Handles are much longer (3 1/2†from the swivel point) than most other splitters making them easier to turn. The vast majority of competitive splitters have handles that are too small and difficult to turn. As s splitter ages, small handles become increasingly more difficult to turn.â–ª Handles have a rubber sleeve making them more comfortable to turn.â–ª Handles are easy to turn, valves do not leak and fully stop the water when in the closed position.3. The female GHT (Garden Hose Thread) connector that screws the splitter onto the hose bibb is hex shaped. I strongly prefer that over the connectors that are round and knurled. The hex can be slightly tightened or loosened with a wrench rather than pliers needed for knurled.4. The internal diameter of the channel below the female GHT connector is 9/16†which is the largest I typically observe. The channel is round, which is less resistant, so water flow is greater.5. The handle sleeves are labeled “3/4†Ball Valve†which might be the outside diameter of the ball, but the internal channel is 9/16â€. This is the largest I typically observe. With most splitters, this is the smallest ID opening in the entire splitter which negatively affects water flow the most.6. The internal channel that connects to the hose is round. I have some splitters that are hex shaped on the inside. Round is preferred because it causes less resistance.7. This splitter is above average in machining and smooth transitions from channel to channel.CON:Very slight con barely worth mentioning… The hose washer OD (outside diameter) is too small and lacks the small outer tabs on most washers provided with splitters that help keep the washer in place. If removing this splitter, such as preparing for freezing weather, the washer will fall out. Three spare washers are included.I highly recommend this SNUTUYA 2-way hose splitter.

I see a lot of imported machine work in brass, copper and stainless. A lot of it is not so good. This valve body is an exception. It truly is built to internationally acceptable quality standards. The fit is tight and accurate. The threads are cut at proper dimensions. The tooling that cut mine was sharp and accurate and was not being run too fast or at the wrong feed rate. The valve handles fit very well and the retaining nuts are first class. The valve balls are mirror surfaced and as good as anything I've seen. The teflon ball body is crisp and tight fitting. This is a serious quality valve for people who want good hose-bib control and no-leak connections every time.A little pricier than the cheapo-junk populating much of the market, but worth every penny. I use mine to micro-regulate A/B flow between two dissimilar soaker hose runs. Old-school analog feel kind of thing, but it works well for me because I understand how ball valves work with regard to regulation of total water flow.If you want a high-quality stainless steel dual valve hose bib ready ball valve, give this one a try.Five stars - no issues. Top quality imported item.

I have two of these on outside spigots and love the convenience. I got this one to replace one that was wearing out and much less substantial. This is heavy, seems very well built and comes with extra washers and some plumbing tape. Loses a star because the levers are really stiff! I am prob going to spray some WD-40 if they don't naturally get easier.

This is top quality, heavy duty Snutuya hose splitter which gave me a bit of difficulty to open and close with the levers. I actually thought it was broken but after a few tries it gave way. I trust WD40 will make it easier. The levers clearly indicates which way to turn for the open and close position. It can be rotated 360 degrees in case your access is limited to the water valve. It also comes with plumbing tape and extra washers which I immediately use on my other basement spigot.Right out of the box, I felt the quality of this heavy duty hose splitter. This item merits all the great reviews. It’s a replacement piece for an old splitter-- a welcoming change. A high quality splitter that I suspect will last many years. Highly Recommended!

This hose splitter has to be one of the most heavy duty splitters I've ran across in my decades of buying and using gardening gear. The $24 cost might seem a bit high, but this seems like it a buy-it-for-life product and it does have full flow ball valves. I do like the large handles and that I will be able to tell from a distance if a hose is off or on. Like another reviewer mentioned, the handles might get in the way of some timers if you were wanting to attach them at the splitter, but a kink saver attachment can easily fix that issue (at an added cost, of course). I like that it comes with teflon tape. I can't tell you how many hoses and attachments I've lost over the years to them seizing up and refusing to come apart and I've learned that teflon tape fixes that issue. I don't hand out 5 stars a lot, but this one earns it.
