I had my hip replaced earlier this year and part of physical therapy was learning how to go up steps again. This step had the different height adjustments that I needed so I bought it. It is very stable, light weight, slip resistant and nice and wide, just perfect for daily exercises. I still use it for daily exercises, even though my hip is healed.

This step works really good! Very stable. It is really easy to clean all the sweat off. I love the adjustable height, and the supports can be stored underneath when they are not being used. The only down side is that the supports don’t stay clipped to the bottom very tight. Sometimes when I’m carrying it with the legs stored on the bottom they will pop out. It’s not a huge problem for me because I don’t Carry it around much! I would highly recommend.

This is a very good step platform for some basic exercises. It is adjustable in height and is wide enough to easy step on and off. It can adjust to 3 different height levels. I find that it is sturdy as well.
