This is the best laminater I've ever used. It heats up really quickly and works very well. This is the perfect solution for people who do a little to a lot of laminating. It's a bit on the pricer side but you always get what you pay for. Super easy to use. Great value!

The jam-free design is a lifesaver! I’ve used other laminators that struggle with thicker sheets, but this one handles multiple sizes effortlessly. Plus, it includes laminating sheets, so I was able to start using it right away.

The laminator clogged up with a pouch and started smoking. It was just a letter sized document in 3 mil laminate sheet. There seems to not be a way to ask for a replacement. I do not recommend.

Laminated sheets come out looking great and it works pretty quick.

Works as described. It's very quiet. Takes time to fully heat. Do not attempt to laminate before it is fully heated. A bit slower than my old laminator, but it works well in bonding and smoothing. I've not used it enough for a jam. Nice variety of thickness to choose from.

It tends to curl the document upwards. The remedy is to feed them upside down.It does not have a cool roller operation. No biggie since I have another model I use for that.I don’t like that when it is turned off it doesn’t have a way to cool down. Maybe not but I would hate for the rollers to deform like the other ones.Perhaps it is unnecessary but I let it warm up for a minute or so before I insert a new document. I wish it had a signal to wait to ensure the next document will have full heating power. But maybe that is not necessary which is great.

I've only put two sheets through this and it's taken more than 20 minutes to get it to work. You should be able to feed a laminator at any time, but here it only takes the sheet when it feels like it. I question if the buttons on the top actually do anything. The 'reverse' function hasn't worked yet. No instructions included either so no telling if I'm even doing it right, but I thought you could figure out a laminator if you've operated a few before. No ability to unjam without breaking it open, and the in-feed and out-feed slots are so thin, you couldn't even try to fish something out if it did jam.It does heat up quickly, I think, or at least I'm assuming the smoke is because it's hot. I think a little bit of smoke on first run is normal, but I'd rather not have my products fuming. Going to return because I don't trust this thing to last long.
