I purchased this steel plate to use as a griddle plate for my Weber grill. I seasoned the plate with Crisco and it took the seasoning quite well. I've used this now several times and am happy with the results. So far the plate has remained flat with no signs of warping.

Item was true to measurements, well-packaged, shipped in a timely fashion, and was competitively priced. I use it to support a floor jack when working in my gravel driveway and it bears the weight of a full-size truck without taking a set.
