Well made, large and hard steel. Excellent value.EDIT - Because of a review finding these blades to be wildly inaccurate I measured several of the thin blades on the set I received. They all measured to be correct within the accuracy of my digital caliper.Perhaps an explanation is that it is very difficult to discern whether the oiled and very thin blades are stuck together - leading to measurement of "stacked" blades, i.e., giving a too thick reading. That happened to me on my measurements and, until corrected, gave me false readings. Once properly separated, they measured to be fine.

Accurate and includes some in-between sizes that other feeler gauge sets don’t always have.

These are a perfectly fine set of feeler gauges. The tapered blades work in places that normal ones won't, such as the center intake valve on a Yamaha YZ250F. I checked a few random blades with a micrometer, and they are the thickness they claim. The description is a little misleading--they are NOT STAINLESS. The description describes them as stainless, and then also says they are made of M62, which is not stainless, by most standards. I just wrapped them in an oily cloth and put them in the box with my other feeler gauge sets, not one of which is stainless.

I bought this mostly for the 0.07, 0.08mm gauges for my 3D printer. I had previously set it using .10 thickness paper and wanted it a bit closer. So I get these feeler gauges, and send my nozzle to a zero height...and it's already pressed hard against the gauge. I assume maybe I'd bumped something so I reset zero using the gauge and my test prints were WAY too far away from the bed.I get out my digital micrometer calipers and the 0.07mm is showing between .12 and .25!?!?!?!?! I test a 0.10 and it's between 0.16 and 0.35. A 0.03 gauge is between 0.15 and .60?!?! What is this insanity? Oh, right. Cheap chinesium junk. Another example of you get what you pay for. Stick with a name brand. Avoid these like the plague. I tested every blade under .15 and not a single one was under .12 thickness (and none of them were the same across varying points, all of them were close to double the listed thickness at the thinnest point and most were triple and close to quadruple the thickness they should be...the 0.03 was 0.14!!!!!).These are impossible to get an accurate gap on anything. Please look elsewhere. These are just going to have you returning and buying something else.

Exactly as described. The oil on it surely help against rust since it pretty well oiled.
