I needed to extend a Miele dishwasher host to be able to create a high loop to avoid water flowing back into the dishwasher. This worked fine for the purpose.Measuring the diameter of connections and hoses is tough without a caliper, which few people own. However, measuring the diameter of the connection at the sink is relatively easy: get a string, wrap it around the connector and mark where the end touches. The diameter is that value divided by π (approximately 3.14). Measuring the inner diameter of a hose is not so easy. It's also made complicated by vendor labeling that doesn't clarify whether the inner or outer diameters are being specified.For our purposes, I cut the multi-diameter end to a size that fit our disposer connector. The coupler is loose in the end of our dishwasher hose, but I was able to cinch it tight enough with the clamp, so there are no leaks.The hose is very flexible and seems thick enough to last.

Used this kit to bypass a dishwasher air gap that I could not get to stop spraying water all over the place. All the lines were clear but would not drain properly. The hose was the perfect length to create a "High Loop" so water could not back up into the dishwasher if the drain line gets plugged. The only drawback to this kit was the little yellow wingnut hose clamps are way too long for my application and stripped out when barely tightened. certainly not a deal breaker just get some small, quality hose clamps to do the install and you will be good to go.

The actual hose portion, not the connector, is too small. It was causing drainage issue to our washer which then was throwing error codes. Had to remove it and replace it with the actual those from the manufacturer, and now it runs perfectly.The hose was also too flexible , it would kink very easy and stop flow completely.

Acheté car le tuyau de vidange de mon lave-linge s’enlevait du conduit d’évacuation car mal enfoncé.2 dégâts des eaux en à peine 6 mois.Marre d’éponger.On a rajouté cette rallonge et pour l’instant en une semaine ça fonctionne très bien.Et le tuyau de vidange est maintenant bien enfoncé dans le conduit d’évacuation avec l’accessoire gris incurvé.
