Product looked good except for the destroyed box. There was a crease down the middle because it was folded to put in the box. I laid it out flat in a warm office to let it come back to form, but it never did. The crease is a trip hazard. The manufacturer needs to package their product intelligently to prevent permanent product damage. I have a picture but Amazon app will not upload it for some reason.

Floor mat was folded in half in the box creating a cease that remains many weeks later. Mild trip hazard and doesn't reduce fatigue as much as I'd expect for a mat this thick.

**** Updated twice****Lots of potential. Poorly packaged. Came folded up in a destroyed box that was placed inside of another box. As a result, there are at least 5 areas where it is all wrinkled and creased and won’t lay flat. At the very least, this should be neatly rolled for shipping. The mat works well but looks terrible. Someone could easily trip over the folds and creases.*****Update*****. The mat seemed to be getting worse. Upon closer inspection, I found a cut about 1†long in the back. It has puffed up with air. I connected a vacuum pump to it, sucked the air out, and sealed the hole with some of that metal tape for HVAC ducts. It looked great for about an hour. It slowly leaked air back in. This thing is too large to attempt to return. I have already disposed of the box and am not going to bother trying to return it. I’ll live with it but I really wish it was right.Update #2, 3 weeks later. I removed the tape, vacuumed the mat again and sealed the cut with a tire patch. It looked GREAT for a day. Now it is all puffed up again and I trip on it when I walk in it.
