I needed this to take sunrise/moon pics. I have a hard time keeping the camera still and using a tripod and this remote I can take clearer pics. No issues

I got this as an affordable alternative to Hasselblad's pricey Release Cord X for 907x/X1Dii. This device has a 2.5mm connector, so to fit the Hasselblads you must attach a 2.5mm female to 3-pole 3.5mm male audio adapter (does not work with 4-pole adapter), which runs another couple of dollars. With that rig it plugs into the Hasselblad's microphone input and works perfectly to focus and release the shutter.

Have only used it so far to test that it works with my new canon rebel T7. Trips the shutter as it should. Have not used it yet "in the field" If I find that there are problems with it I will update review. I believe it will be fine for my amateur use.

I've tried several different wireless remotes but they were unreliable. This works every time and without any hassle.

Works as well as the name brand for a lot less $$$. Great for taking shots with a tripod when when you don't want any camera movement. Would buy again.

I wanted a shutter release cord for a DIY photo booth for people to be able to take selfies of a group (newer cameras have a flip out screen for this). This worked great with the extension cord. You should totally advertise this user on pinterest gor wedding and grad party use. All of the other products online were so short.

Been looking for one for awhile that wasn’t so expensive and would meet my needs. Then thanks to Amazon this appeared on their site.Arrived quickly and very reasonably priced.Would recommend to others for sure.

I have two of these releases, one for a Fuji XT-3 and the other for an X100F and they work perfectly.As a matter of course I always wrap the point where the cable exits and a little of the cable with self amalgamating rubber tape for a little more protection as it's where most triggers - even expensive ones - seem to give up first.The option to extend the cable is a great help when I need "a male silhouette" in the frame.I'm sure I'll be sticking with these releases for as long as I can get hold of them.
