They fit perfect on my 07 International 4300 rollback with 19.5 rims, they look a lot better than the regular lug nut covers plus they screw on so you don't have to worry about them falling off. Just a FYI make sure they're tight every once in a while.

When the wheels got hot it came of the nuts by it self. It’s melting. Don’t buy it.

My old one is the top one which is 33mm, and fit fine. I purchased these for an upgrade, however they do not fit as you can see the size difference in the picture. So I will be returning.
