I got these for 5 gallon jugs.I used the thicker washer for the jugs and it works just fine. If you wanted to use these for a bucket you can also use it since they provide the nut and washer that would go on the inside of the bucket.I have been using these for about 2 months and so far no leaks.

This is just what i needed. This came with 2 spigots along with 2 seals and tightening nuts for the inside of a vessel. just what i needed to replace a spigot to a 5gal bucket. So far it's working great. 4stars for now, we'll see how it holds up...

As a soap refill shop, we've tried many of the vales for for our five gallon cardboy dispensers. These are by far the best. Easy to turn, good, consistent flow and and don't leak.
