The first package we received did not include the swivel. The box was broken (shipping box is too thin and flimsy) so it is possible it fell out during shipping. We purchased a replacement so we could return the original. The replacement arrived promptly, but the nozzle was used. It smelled like fuel and had that fuel film on it. Again, it didn't really matter since we were just returning it and keeping the swivel for the one that was missing originally. All that return/exchange went well enough. No problems. The main problem with the nozzle is that it is too big to fit in most automotive gasoline fuel tanks. We have a Kia Sedona, a Subaru Forester, and a Ford F-250. The nozzle diameter is too big for all of them! The title says it is for diesel and gasoline, and it does work in that it is a shutoff for liquid flow, but it really doesn't work if it won't fit in the fuel tank. So if all you ever use it for is to fill 5 gallon gas cans, this will probably work for you. We want to put gasoline in a vehicle, so it doesn't work.
