My Thetford Style plus was leaking at the flush ball in basin. This was an exact replacement for my toilet. Very easy to replace after seeing how toilet came apart. I removed the toilet from bathroom, and it was easier to replace. It comes with new base seal anyway, so you should just do the job right.

These fit the same as the manufacturers seals and appear to be the same material. Price is quite a bit lower than the rv stores.

Five year old seal stopped sealing. This seal (and some silicone plumber's grease) fixed the problem. It took longer to research the solution than it did to take out the old seal and install the new one.

Fitted these to my thetford style 2 RV toilet and have done the job, no leaks and bowl is holding water.
